a licensed agent for STATE FARM SINCE 1984 A Bilingual office--meeting the needs of our community I have worked for STATE FARM INSURANCE COMPANY over 50 years--and as a licensed agent in Cornelius Oregon 40 years as of July 1, 1984-----my next goal is 50 years?----i love my family -consisting of two daughters -licensed agents also - two grandchildren and a new great grand that calls me "great" nana--the joy of my life!-----i love my home and rose garden---entertaining and my home and office are "bunny" museums- a collection -because of my name since birth---too many to count-a much loved collection from around the world and mostly gifts from those that know me-----i have three full time staff--two are licensed and all three experienced-- one that speaks Spanish----My grandfather homesteaded from Sweden in 1898 and his farm is still in the family--I am so proud of this heritage and the values my family instilled in me from a very early age being raised my first years on a farm in North Dakota---------Since the age of 6 i have played piano and performed solos mostly at church the early years--one of my favorite hobbies--is attending theater--live concerts and listening to music--I am very involved in several community events--including local schools---Habitat for Humanity---Imagine Possibilities---Edwards Center------Optimist Club-- I was the Cornelius "Easter Bunny for 25 years passing out candy--taking photos with the "bunny"--every Saturday before Easter---we support community events that are sponsored by our Police dept. and Fire Dept.---i filled every office in our very own Cornelius Chamber from July 1st 1984 until some years ago when it became a joint Chamber with the City of Forest Grove-chairing two successful auction at Pumpkin Ridge Golf Course--and heading the Blueberry Festival a few years----------
